Bernadette Brugeron is Managing Partner, a partner in charge of the litigation, economic law and real-estate law centres; she has extensive experience in commercial leases, competition and distribution law as well as in commercial litigation, and in particular responsibility for faulty products and industrial risks, in addition to issues relating to pollution and energy savings.
She advises and represents French and foreign groups on their business practices under French and Community competition law.
An expert in contractual techniques, Bernadette Brugeron is involved in analysing and drafting commercial agreements, commercial leases, environmental annexes and special agreements.
She has a DEA in private law and has served in French and international business firms.
In addition to the LawPact and Alta-Juris networks, she is a member of several groups and networks:
-She is founder and Secretary of the Paris Amsterdam business club (CAPA) (www.club-affaires-paris-amsterdam.fr);
-She is a member of several Chambers of Commerce: Belgo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, France-Canada Chamber of Commerce, French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands;
- She is a member of the DFCG (Financial Directors and Management Controllers association) and the CGPME;

After an initial experience working for a renowned Paris law firm, Livia Santoni joined the firm as an employee.
She works in European economic law and company law.
She studied at the University of Paris X – Nanterre and at the University of Potsdam (Germany), where she completed a double degree in Franco-German business law.
She holds a master’s 2 German bilingual degree in European law and a master’s 2 in business law with the European Jurist specialism.

Jean-Pierre Pinto, former legal and fiscal counsel, has advised French companies throughout his career.
The holder of degrees from the higher accounting studies and the Institute of Construction and Housing Law, he is specialized in corporate law, business valuation and the transfer of legal entities.
He was for many years Director of the legal and taxation service of a fiduciary agent with 4 accounting agencies in France.
Holder of the University Diploma of International Commerce from Université Paris-Sud, Delphine Dias has been Bernadette Brugeron’s assistant since January 1993.
