Her acknowledged expertise in the management of civil and commercial litigation allows her to deal effectively with all disputes both in the pre-litigation phase, as part of negotiations and in the defence of the interests of French and foreign clients before the French or European courts or arbitral jurisdictions.
She also has wide experience in the field of assessment reports and technical and industrial disputes.
Commercial Leases and Real-Estate Law
The firm assists its French and foreign clients during their negotiations of commercial leases and has acquired a solid experience in negotiating commercial leases in shopping centres.
Bernadette Brugeron also works in negotiating and establishing environmental annexes (green leases) and assists companies in making energy savings.
Finally, the firm assists and represents its clients before all jurisdictions.
Corporate M&A – Venture Capital
The firm has experience in mergers and acquisitions, both in national and international operations, and is involved at all stages of transfer or acquisition procedures (negotiating agreements, audits, liability guarantees, shareholders agreements, employee documentation).
It advises listed companies (both in regulated and organised markets) and unlisted in all aspects of corporate governance, internal structuring operations and the management of general meetings.
